Our place, Rt Pharma, is sitting on the first floor over at 25/35 in Punjabi Bagh. If you know where Mgs Hospital is, then you pretty much know where we are because it’s right nearby. Being so close to the hospital means there is always a lot of movement around here, sirens going off and people rushing back and forth. You have to climb a set of stairs to reach us, which can be a bit of a workout if we are carrying heavy boxes up. The office has big windows that look out onto the street, but they stay pretty dusty from all the traffic. It’s not a corporate-style office; it’s more like a workspace where stuff gets done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the stock on the shelves. Sometimes the hospital staff drops by just to say hello or ask about something. We have a small desk for the paperwork and a lot of metal racks for the medicines. It gets quite warm in the summer months, but we have an old fan that keeps the air moving. We’ve been in this part of Punjabi Bagh for a while now, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a practical setup, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily orders as they come in. The building is a bit older, but it’s a good spot for us. It’s just how we run things every day.
