Angel Care Pharma

Angel Care Pharma is run out of 6B in the Navyug Apartments in Vikas Puri. It’s a bit different because we are located in a residential complex rather than a commercial market. This makes it a lot quieter for us, which we appreciate. We use a couple of rooms for our administrative work and storing our samples. Most of our business happens through our field agents who visit doctors and pharmacies across the city. We stay here to coordinate the logistics and manage the inventory. Vikas Puri is a nice area, and being in an apartment building means we have a bit more security for our stock. We don't have a storefront where people can just walk in. It’s more of a distribution hub for us. There are shelves lining the walls, and we have a small table where we pack the smaller parcels. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and mobile phones. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we are doing with all those boxes, but we’ve been here long enough that they know us now. It’s a very low-key operation. We don't have a big staff, just a few dedicated people. We handle the billing and the logistics ourselves. It’s a practical way to run a small pharma business without the high costs of a main road shop. We like the quiet pace of working from Navyug Apartments.
