Our place is up on the second floor at 201 Shivam House, right in the Karampura Commercial Complex. It's a pretty active spot with lots of other businesses around us. We deal with formulations, which basically means a lot of measuring and mixing things according to specific needs. It isn't always the most exciting work, but it's steady and keeps us going. The office is often full of paperwork and samples that need testing or sending out to clients. We’ve been in this building for a bit now, and we know most of the people working on the same floor as us. Most of our morning is spent answering emails or talking to people about their requirements. We don't have a big sales team or a glossy brochure to show off. We just focus on getting the ratios right. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow or broken, so we end up taking the stairs. The area around Karampura is always moving, and there's usually a lot of noise from the street below. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. It can get a bit cramped when a big delivery comes in, but we manage somehow. We aren't trying to change anything; we just provide the products people ask for. If something isn't right, we fix it. That's pretty much how we spend our weeks. It’s a lot of routine, but it works for us and our regulars who have been with us for years. We just keep the door open and stay busy with the work.
