Way over in Uttam Nagar, specifically in the Nanhey Park area near Matiala Village, is where we do our thing. We’re at E-29, and it’s a pretty typical Delhi neighborhood—always moving and always a bit loud. Vascon Engineers Ltd. operates from here, handling a variety of engineering and construction projects across the city. It can be a challenge working in such a crowded area, but we’ve made this spot our home. Our office is more about function than style. We have what we need to get the job done: drafting tables, some computers, and plenty of space for maps and plans. The team here knows the Delhi landscape well. We spend a lot of time navigating the streets to get to different sites. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe ourselves. We are just a group of engineers and builders who know how to get things from a drawing to a finished structure. Sometimes the office is a mess of paperwork and empty tea cups, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’re not a huge corporate machine; we’re just people working hard in Nanhey Park. Most of our clients are locals who need something built right. We stick to the basics and try to make sure every project we take on is handled with some common sense.
