In New Delhi, we have our office at 43, Ashoka Park Extension East. This is in the Punjabi Bagh area, right off Rohtak Road. If you’ve ever driven down Rohtak Road, you know the traffic can be a nightmare, but we are tucked away just enough to get some work done. The pin code is 110026. This Dlf Laing O'Rourke location serves as a main point for us in the city. The building is an older one, typical for this part of Delhi. It’s got a bit of history to it. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a security guard; it’s more of a walk-in-and-say-hello kind of place. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff for our India operations from here. The noise of the city is always in the background, but inside, we just focus on the charts and schedules on the walls. It’s a functional space with some old wooden desks and plenty of filing cabinets. Punjabi Bagh is a busy place with lots of markets nearby, so there is always somewhere to go for a quick bite during lunch. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office décor. It’s a practical site for a practical business. We’ve been here in Ashoka Park for a long time and the neighborhood feels like home now. The daily routine is mostly just answering phones and looking at project blueprints.
