Dlf Laing O'Rourke (India) Ltd. is based at 256 Om Vihar Phase 1/A. We are located on Shiv Shankar Road in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a pretty busy neighborhood and there is always something going on right outside our windows. The office itself is quite plain, to be honest. We have some basic desks, some chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We aren't the type of company that spends a lot on fancy furniture or expensive art. Most of our money goes into the actual work we do on-site. We’ve been in Uttam Nagar for a while now and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It’s a real working-class area and that fits our style perfectly. We don't use big words or try to act like we're something we're not. We are just people who know how to handle construction and engineering projects. Our days start early and often end quite late. You can usually find someone in the office even on a Saturday. We handle all the paperwork here that keeps the bigger projects running smoothly. It’s not always perfectly organized, and sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the architectural plans lying around, but we know where everything is. It’s a good spot for us and we’ve become part of the local scenery over the years. We just keep at it and get the job done.
