This is about the team at Border Roads On Deputition From Army Engineers. We are currently based at E/B7 in Maya Enclave, over in New Delhi. It’s a bit of a specific situation being here on deputation, but we’ve made this office our home for the time being. Working with the Border Roads means we deal with a lot of logistics and planning for infrastructure in far-off places. Maya Enclave is a quiet enough corner of Delhi where we can focus on the tasks at hand without too much distraction. It’s not like a regular corporate job because our background is with the Army Engineers. We bring that practical, no-nonsense approach to everything we do here. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks, maps, and a lot of files. We spend a lot of time coordinating between different departments and making sure the engineers on the ground have what they need. Delhi is a huge city, but Maya Enclave feels like its own little world sometimes. We’ve been here for a while and have a routine that works for the team. There’s always a lot of coming and going since people are often out on site visits or meetings at headquarters. We don't have a marketing department because that’s not what we’re about. We just focus on the engineering and the roads. It’s about getting the job done under whatever conditions we find out there.
