Our workshop is at Plot No.-50 in the Nangali Sakrawati Extension over in Najafgarh. We have been working out of this spot for a good while now. It’s a busy area and the noise from the street usually flows right into the shop. We don’t have any fancy glass windows or a big reception desk. It’s mostly just us, the machines, and a lot of metal. People from around the neighborhood know us as the place where you can get things fixed or built. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of the day is spent with tools in hand. It can get a bit dusty and the floor is usually covered in scrap, but that is just part of the job. We have a small desk tucked in the corner for the bills and the phone. Sometimes the neighbor drops by for a quick chat or to borrow a wrench. We just try to keep up with the work as it comes in. There aren't any big speeches about what we do. We just wake up, open the shutters, and start on the pile of tasks waiting for us. Najafgarh is a long way for some, but for us, it’s just home. We know the roads and the people around here pretty well. It’s a basic setup but it works for what we need to get done every day.
