Umang Palace Banquet

Umang Palace Banquet is situated at B 1/3 Janakpuri Main Road, 110058. We have been hosting all sorts of gatherings here for a long time. It is a big hall on the main road, so people can usually find it without too much trouble. We deal with everything from small family functions to bigger weddings. It’s a lot of manual work, moving chairs around and setting up tables according to what the family wants. The main road is always busy with cars and rickshaws, so there is a lot of noise outside, but inside we just focus on getting the event ready. We have a small crew that has been with us for years. We aren't a big chain, just a local banquet hall trying to do a good job for the people in Janakpuri. Sometimes the lighting needs fixing or a curtain gets stuck, and we just handle it as it comes without making a scene. It isn't a perfect place, but it works well for the local community. We spend a lot of late nights here, especially during the wedding season when one party leaves and we have to clean up for the next one starting the next morning. It is a bit of a grind, but seeing a family happy with their function makes the long hours feel okay. We mostly just focus on the logistics of the event, like making sure the food is out on time and there is enough space.
