You can find us at Stall No 17 in the Central Market of West Punjabi Bagh in Delhi. We are tucked away behind the HDFC Bank. If you know Delhi markets, you know they can be a bit of a squeeze, and Central Market is no exception. Our place, Curries And More Restaurant, is a small stall, not a big fancy building. We spend most of our time in the back getting the gravies ready and making sure we have enough fresh ingredients for the day. It’s a simple life here. We don't have any corporate bosses or big marketing plans. We just open up the stall, start the burners, and wait for the lunch crowd. The area behind the bank is a bit quieter than the main road, but you still get the sounds of the market all around you. We’ve been at this stall for a good bit now. Some days the heat in the kitchen is almost too much, and other days the rain makes things a bit messy around the market stalls. We just keep the place as clean as we can and focus on the work. We don't use any flowery language to describe what we do. It’s just a restaurant in a market. We have our regulars who know where we are, and we like it that way. It’s just honest work in a busy corner of West Punjabi Bagh.
