You’ll find Trenchless Engg Services Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No. A-25, on the second floor in Phase-I of the Mayapuri Industrial Area. Being in Mayapuri means we are surrounded by other businesses and a lot of industrial activity. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes if you aren't used to the layout. Our office is functional. We don't have any fancy decorations or a lobby. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of maps and technical drawings. We deal with trenchless technology, which is a bit of a niche field. It takes a lot of planning and coordination. We spend a lot of time on the phone with sites. The industrial area can get very loud and dusty, especially in the afternoons. We’ve been on this second floor for a few years. It’s a bit of a climb, but it gives us a bit of a view of the area. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to provide some help that people actually need. We don't use marketing scripts or fancy presentations. If someone calls, we just tell them what we can do and how much it will cost. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. We just keep our heads down and stay busy in Mayapuri. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know how to do. We've been at it for a long time now.
