The Imperial

Our place, The Imperial, is located at Dp-172 in Pitam Pura, New Delhi. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here, so we get a good variety of people stopping by throughout the week. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit, and it’s become part of the daily routine. The building is easy enough to find if you know the Pitam Pura layout and look for the DP block. Inside, it’s a pretty standard setup with desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t go in for anything too flashy; it’s more about just getting the work done. The staff here are mostly locals who know the area well. We spend our time handling requests and making sure everything is running like it should. Sometimes it gets a little loud when the neighbors are doing construction or there’s a festival on the street. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background to keep things relaxed while we type away. It’s the kind of place where we know the name of the guy who delivers the mail. We aren't some giant corporation with a thousand rules, just a small team trying to stay organized. If someone walks in with a question, we just talk to them like a neighbor would. The carpet has a few stains and the ceiling fan wobbles a little, but it’s our space and it works for what we need.
