Ambay Bangles

Ambay Bangles is located at 5126, on the first floor of Main Rui Mandi in Sadar Bazar. If you have ever been to this market, you know it is one of the most crowded places in Delhi. Getting to our shop involves pushing through narrow lanes filled with rickshaws and shoppers. Our place is not very big, and it is packed from floor to ceiling with boxes of bangles. We have every kind you can think of, from simple glass ones to more decorative styles. We have been in Sadar Bazar for many years and have seen the market change quite a bit, but the chaos remains the same. Most of our work involves wholesale, so we deal with shop owners who come in to buy large quantities. It is a lot of physical work, moving heavy boxes around and climbing up ladders to reach the top shelves. We don't have a fancy display or air conditioning, just a couple of old ceiling fans that whistle when they are on. The lighting is a bit dim, but it doesn't seem to bother anyone. We spend our days drinking tea and negotiating prices with our regulars. It is a loud, hot, and tiring place to work, but we are used to it by now. We don't really do any promotion. People just know where we are and what we sell. We just focus on keeping the stock moving.
