Tandoor Ka Zaika

Tandoor Ka Zaika is our place over at LCB-4 on the Main Road in the Janakpuri District Centre. We are situated very close to the Janakpuri West Metro Station, which makes it easy for people to find us when they get off the train. The pin code is 110058. Delhi is a fast-paced city, and the District Centre is always buzzing with shoppers and office workers. We’ve been here for several years now. The kitchen is where most of our work happens, especially with the tandoor oven going. It gets quite warm in there, but that’s part of the job. We aren't a big chain with a lot of rules. It’s just us at LCB-4. We spend our mornings getting the dough ready and prepping the meat and vegetables. The Main Road outside is usually filled with the sound of traffic and people walking to the metro. We don't have any polished mission statements or marketing talk. We just focus on making the food and keeping the tables clean. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded during the lunch hour, and we have to move fast. We don't have a social media team or anyone to write fancy descriptions. It’s just a local spot in Janakpuri. We show up, we cook, and we close up when the day is done. That’s how we’ve always operated.
