You can find us up on the eighth floor of the Kirti Shikhar building. It is located right in the District Centre of Janakpuri. Being at unit 809 gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, which is always packed with people and cars. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so we usually try to time our trips down. Inside the office, it is mostly stacks of drawings and technical manuals. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to clients on the phone. It is an engineering environment, so there are scales and calculators on almost every desk. The lighting is that typical office white, and it gets a bit dim in the corners where we store the old files. We do not have a big sign outside, just the number on the door. It is a busy place with a lot of coming and going. Janakpuri is a major hub, so there is never a dull moment outside. We have been working from this spot for quite a while. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird rattling noise, but we just ignore it. We have a small pantry where someone is usually making tea. It is a space meant for work, with plenty of pens, paper, and hard work happening every day. We do not go for anything fancy; we just keep the desks organized enough to find what we need to finish the job.
