Swastik Medicine Palace

Swastik Medicine Palace is over at Shop No-7, 30/4A in West Patel Nagar. We are a local shop, and the space is a bit tight with all the shelves we’ve put in over the years. We’ve got medicines stacked from the floor to the ceiling almost. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get more than two or three people in here at once, but we make it work. West Patel Nagar is a lively neighborhood, and we see a lot of the same faces every week. We aren't some big chain with bright neon signs and matching uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on finding what people need. Sometimes we have to hunt through the back to find a specific bottle, but we usually know where everything is. The shop has a bit of a worn-in feel, which happens when you’ve been open as long as we have. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people just know we are here by the shop number. It’s a simple business. We get deliveries, we stock the shelves, and we help the people who walk through the door. There’s no big philosophy behind it; it’s just about having the right medicine ready when someone is feeling under the weather. We keep it honest and try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. We like it that way.
