We operate out of 2151/10 T-5/A in New Patel Nagar. It’s a residential-looking area but we have our setup here for the appliance business. Our building is a bit tucked away, so people sometimes have to call us for directions the first time they visit. Inside, there are usually boxes of different household items stacked up near the entrance. We have a few desks where we handle all the paperwork and customer calls. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to moving boxes around when a delivery arrives. The space isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how we organize things. We spend a lot of time discussing schedules and making sure we have enough stock on hand for the week. It’s not a shiny corporate office with fancy carpets; it’s just a practical space where we get the work done. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit blocked with traffic, which can make loading things a bit of a headache. We just take it as it comes. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and have a good rhythm going. It’s a lot of daily tasks and keeping an eye on the details. We like the fact that it’s a local operation where we know everyone’s name. We just focus on the day ahead.
