Kumar Gift House

Our place is over in Faridabad City, specifically at Plot Number 308 in Sector 24, which is quite close to the Moti Nagar Metro Station. If you are walking from the station, you will see us easily enough. The shop is filled with all sorts of gift items from floor to ceiling because we try to keep a bit of everything on hand. It can feel a little crowded when more than three people come in at once, but that is just how these local spots are. We spend a lot of time arranging and rearranging the shelves so the glass frames and ceramic mugs do not fall over. There is always a roll of shiny wrapping paper sitting on the counter and a pair of scissors that always seems to go missing right when we need them. The floor is just plain tile and the walls have seen better days, but the atmosphere is generally relaxed. We get a lot of commuters who are rushing to catch a train and realize they forgot a birthday present or an anniversary gift. Most of the day is spent chatting with regulars or helping someone pick out a toy for their kid. It is a simple life running a gift house in this part of town and we have gotten used to the constant noise of the metro passing by.
