Shubh Nimantran Banquets

Being in the Kirti Nagar Industrial Area means there is always something going on around us. Our address is 41480, and it is a pretty solid building. This part of Delhi, the 110015 zip code, is mostly known for furniture and factories, so we fit in as a big space for people to use. Shubh Nimantran Banquets isn't some gold-plated palace. It is a large hall where we spend a lot of time cleaning up after one group and getting ready for the next one. We have to check the lights and the air conditioning quite often because things break. The staff here is just a few local guys. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find us moving tables or talking to the decorators who come in. The street outside can get very congested with trucks and commercial vehicles. It’s part of the trade-off for being in an industrial zone. We just try to keep the floor swept and the gates unlocked for whenever a booking starts. It’s a lot of physical labor, really. Sometimes we sit in the back office and have tea when it’s quiet. We don't do big advertisements. Most people just find us because they live or work nearby in Kirti Nagar. It is just a straightforward place for events. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep the doors open and manage the space as best as we can every day.
