Our place, Senior Rubber Pvt Ltd - New Delhi, is located at No. H-39 in the Udyog Nagar Industrial Area. Peeragarhi is a busy part of the city, and we are right in the middle of all the action. The building isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and it fits all our equipment. We work with rubber, so there is always that specific smell in the air. You get used to it after the first few days. We start early in the morning before the traffic in Peeragarhi gets too bad. The workers here are mostly local folks who have been with us for years. We don’t have a lot of fancy titles or big meetings. We just talk over lunch or while we are standing on the floor. It’s more of a practical environment. We deal with various rubber products and the machines can be quite loud when they're all running at once. We keep our tools organized as best as we can. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a big shipment comes in, but we manage to sort it out. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work well and keep the business running steady. It’s a lot of sweat and effort, but that’s what we know. We are just a group of people working hard in a noisy industrial neighborhood every single day.
