Sainka Constructions

Our office is tucked away on the second floor of a building in Ganesh Nagar. If you’ve been around A-65, you probably know the spot. It is not a fancy place with glass walls or anything, just a workspace where we get things done. Most days, the desk is covered in blueprints and there is usually some dust on our boots from visiting various sites. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or trying to figure out why a delivery is running late. It is a bit loud sometimes because of the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. We started Sainka Constructions because we knew how to build things and wanted to do it our own way. We handle the paperwork, talk to the crews, and make sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go sideways, like when the weather doesn't cooperate or a machine breaks down, but we just deal with it. It’s mostly just us working through the daily grind of construction schedules and site meetings. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished pitch. It is just a small group of us here in Ganesh Nagar making sure the projects get finished. We drink a lot of tea, keep the fans running during the summer heat, and try to keep everything organized despite the chaos that usually comes with building work. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we run things here.
