Sai Infrastructure & Services

Sai Infrastructure & Services is based out of 34-C in Vikaspuri, specifically in Pocket A. It’s a residential neighborhood, which makes it a little different from the usual commercial hubs. We operate from a small office that acts as our home base. Most of our actual work happens out at various sites, so if you drop by, you might find only one person here or sometimes nobody at all. We handle infrastructure and service projects, which means we’re often dealing with contractors, materials, and a lot of logistics. Our office is filled with blueprints, folders, and old notebooks. It’s not a place for meetings with fancy coffee; it’s more for sorting out problems and making phone calls. We started this because we saw a need for these services in our own area. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know what we do. It’s a very local way of operating. We’ve seen Vikaspuri grow and change over the years, and we’ve tried to stay consistent through all of it. The desk is usually covered in papers and the phone rings quite a bit. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to finish the current project and move on to the next one. It’s a straightforward business run by regular people who live and work in the same community. We take things one day at a time here.
