Sagoon Marriage And Party Palace is located right in the middle of Uttam Nagar, over on Om Vihar. If you know the area, you know how Najafgarh Road gets. It’s always packed with people and rickshaws, especially near Chajju Ram Hospital. We’ve been running this place for a good bit of time now. It’s a big space because, well, people in Delhi like to have big parties. We spend a lot of our time just setting up chairs and making sure the lights work. It’s a lot of physical work that people don’t always see. Sometimes the power goes out in the neighborhood, so we have to deal with that. Our location is easy to find, though, which helps. We aren’t some high-end corporate venue; we are just a local spot where families come to celebrate things. You’ll see us out front talking to the flower decorators or the tent guys most days. It gets really loud during the wedding season, but that’s just part of life in this part of town. The staff here has been around for years, so we all know each other well. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around just by people coming to an event and then telling their cousins about us. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far.
