S G S Machine Tools is based out of Khyala, near the Gujar Choupal. Our address is Wz 34/2. This part of the city has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. It’s not like the big commercial centers. Here, everyone knows everyone else’s business. We have a small setup where we deal with machine tools. It’s mostly just me and a couple of guys from the area working here. The shop floor is usually a bit messy with oil and metal parts, but that’s just the nature of the work. We spend a lot of time tinkering with things and making sure the machines are running correctly. The Gujar Choupal is a good landmark because people use it to find their way to us. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. Just a simple door and some windows that let in the morning light. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play outside, and we have to tell them to move away from the heavy equipment. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have any corporate slogans or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and go home to our families. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, and other days we’re so busy we don't even have time for a proper lunch break.
