Rx Surgi Pharma is tucked away at 36/37 Gali No.4 in Janki Puri, right near the Old Age Home in Uttam Nagar. Being near the Old Age Home makes it easy for people to find us since everyone knows where that is. The lane, Gali No.4, is quite narrow, so you have to be careful if you are driving a car down here. It is better to just walk if you can. Our office deals with a lot of surgical and pharmaceutical items, so there are always boxes being moved in and out. It can get a bit cramped inside when a new shipment arrives, and we have to shuffle things around to make space. The walls are lined with boxes and we have a couple of old desks where we do the billing and paperwork. Uttam Nagar is always loud and busy, with people shouting and bikes zooming past, but once you are inside the office, it is a bit quieter. We have a few fans going all the time to keep the air moving because it gets quite stuffy in the summer. The staff is just a handful of us who know the business inside out. We don't have any fancy brochures or a front desk with a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We handle the daily tasks as they come, whether it is checking the surgical stock or talking to a client on the phone. It’s simple work but it keeps us on our toes.
