Matrix Tools India

Our shop is located in Paschim Vihar, specifically at Gh-14/169. It’s a regular neighborhood, so we aren't in one of those massive industrial parks you see elsewhere. Matrix Tools India is basically where we keep all the equipment and tools that people in the area and beyond might need. It’s a bit of a packed space because we try to keep a lot of different things in stock. Sometimes it feels like we’re tripping over boxes of wrenches or power tools, but we know where everything is. People usually find us when they need something specific for a job they’re working on. We don’t spend much on decorating the place since it’s really just about the tools. Dealing with suppliers and checking the quality of what comes in takes up most of our morning. Paschim Vihar is a busy part of Delhi, so there’s always someone stopping by or a delivery bike parked outside. We keep it simple here. If someone asks for a tool, we find it, check it, and get it to them. It’s a small operation, mostly just a couple of us handling the orders and making sure the inventory counts are somewhat accurate. We’ve been in this block for a while and the locals know we’re the ones to talk to for hardware stuff. It’s just a regular daily grind for us and we like it.
