We set up shop at Plot No. 304 in Swarn Park, over in the Mundka area. It’s an industrial sort of place, so there’s always something going on nearby. You’ll hear the sounds of machinery and trucks moving in and out of the park pretty much from dawn till dusk. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just a practical space where we get our hands dirty and figure things out. The floor is usually covered in bits of metal or tools, but we know where everything is. Mundka can be a bit crowded, especially during the rush hours, but being in Swarn Park gives us a bit of a designated spot. Most of the people working around here are doing similar types of jobs, so it’s a familiar environment. We don’t spend much time on decorations. A few calendars on the wall and a whiteboard for notes is about as far as it goes. We drink a lot of chai from the local vendor who comes around on his cycle. It’s the kind of place where you just get to work and don’t worry about looking polished. We’ve got our routine down. Some days we stay late to finish up a specific task, and other days we manage to head out on time. It’s just a regular engineering spot where we handle whatever comes through the door. Nothing more, nothing less. We take things one day at a time here.
