You can find us at Gh-6 /244-247 on Rohtak Road, right near St Mark School. D M E Services is where we spend our days handling various service and maintenance requests for our clients. It’s a big enough space for our tools and the various parts we need to keep things running properly. Being near the school means it gets quite busy during the morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up times, but otherwise, it’s a standard commercial area. We deal with a lot of technical stuff that most people don't want to mess with themselves. Our hands are often dirty from working on machines or fixing small components that have worn out. We aren't much for fancy talk; we just like to get under the hood and see what’s actually wrong. It’s a lot of manual labor mixed with technical thinking. Sometimes we’re waiting on a specific part to arrive from across the city, which can be a bit frustrating for everyone involved. We keep a pot of coffee going and just work through the list one item at a time. It’s a small team of technicians who have been doing this for many years now. We know the quirks of the different models and machines we work on. The office part is mostly just for filing invoices and taking calls from customers. We definitely prefer being in the back where the actual work happens. It’s a steady rhythm of fixing, testing, and sending things back out to the owners.
