Engineers Syndicate

We are based at D-60 B A Tilak Vihar in the Tilak Nagar area of New Delhi. Our office is right near the Guru Harkishan Public School, which is how most people find us. Engineers Syndicate has been operating out of this location for quite some time now. Tilak Nagar is a busy, vibrant neighborhood with a lot of history and activity. Our office is a very simple space, located in a building that has been around for many years. We don't have any modern glass walls or expensive office gadgets. We just have our desks, our chairs, and the tools we need to get our work done every day. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We aren't big on formalities. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how each other works. The noise from the school and the nearby streets is a constant background sound, but we’ve learned to tune it out. It actually makes us feel more connected to the neighborhood. We usually get our tea from a small shop nearby and chat with the local vendors. It’s a very ordinary, grounded way to spend the workday. We don't have a massive marketing budget or a shiny lobby. We just focus on our tasks and try to do them well. It’s an honest, local business, and we are happy to be part of the Tilak Vihar community. We like it here and don't plan to leave.
