Ercom Engineers Pvt.Ltd. is based over at A-103 in Inderpuri, New Delhi. Anil Kumar Sinha is the person who runs things from this location. Inderpuri is mostly a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than some of the main commercial hubs in the city. Our setup is pretty modest. We’ve converted part of the space into an office where we can handle our engineering work. It’s not a big corporate building with a dozen floors and elevators. It’s just us working out of a residential block. This makes it feel a lot more personal than a regular office. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of people writing slogans. We just focus on the engineering projects we have on our plates right now. Most of our clients are people who have known us for years. We do a lot of calculations and technical drawings here. Sometimes the neighbors come by to say hello while we're working. It’s a very different vibe from a typical office. We like it because it’s comfortable and we can work at our own pace without being bothered. There isn’t much fluff here. We just have the tools we need to get the job done right. If you’re looking for a big shiny office, this isn't it. But if you want people who actually do the work themselves, this is where we are. We've been here for a long while and don't really plan on moving.
