Ralson Remedies (P) Ltd. is out in Udyog Nagar, specifically at J-38 near the Peeragarhi Chowk on Rohtak Road. It’s a very industrial part of the city, so there is always a lot of dust and the sound of trucks passing by. Our building is a standard industrial unit where we handle the production of our remedies. Inside, it’s mostly rows of machines and packing stations where the team stays busy throughout the day. We aren't a corporate office with fancy carpets; it’s concrete floors and sturdy metal tables here. The air usually has a faint medicinal smell to it, which we don't even notice anymore. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the boxes are taped up properly for transport. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the production line. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we are trying to meet a deadline, but we usually figure it out. We have a small break area where we sit and eat lunch together, mostly talking about the traffic on Rohtak Road or the weather. It is just a straightforward place where we show up, do the work, and go home. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We’re just a small company in a big industrial estate trying to do a decent job.
