We are Raas Bihari Builders & Promoters Pvt Ltd, and we operate out of A-53 Krishna Nagar on Street No 1. Our office is right there in the heart of the neighborhood at 110015. We’ve been working on small projects around here for a long time. It’s not a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know about building and construction. Most of our day is spent on site or talking to suppliers about cement and bricks. We don’t have a fancy showroom with glass walls. Usually, our desks are covered in blueprints and muddy boots are sitting by the door. We started out doing small repairs and eventually moved into bigger building work. People in Krishna Nagar know us because they see us working on the streets nearby. We don’t go in for big advertisements or loud promises. We just show people the work we’ve already done. Sometimes projects take longer than we’d like because of rain or material delays, but we always finish what we start. It’s a tough business being a builder, but we like seeing a house go up from nothing. We’ve stayed on Street No 1 because it’s where we feel at home. If someone wants to talk about a project, they usually just walk into the office and we sit down with a tea. That’s how we like to do things. Every evening we spend time cleaning up our tools for the next day's work.
