Q Bistro

You can find Q Bistro over in Janakpuri, specifically in the C-4D block. We are situated near Gate Number 4 of Tihar Jail, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. It’s a bit of a quiet corner compared to the main markets in Delhi, but we like it that way. The bistro is small. We put out some chairs and tables for people to sit and chat while they eat. It's the kind of place where students from nearby coaching centers or people working in the area stop by for a break. We serve a bit of everything, mostly quick bites that don't take too long to prepare in the kitchen. The walls have some simple paint on them, nothing too professional or expensive. Sometimes the delivery guys are standing around waiting for orders, making the entrance a bit crowded. We try to keep things organized, but it can get messy when it’s busy. The weather in Delhi usually dictates the mood here. When it’s nice out, people like to linger longer. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the food is hot and the orders are right. We’ve had some issues with the plumbing lately, but we got it fixed finally. It’s just a normal little eatery in West Delhi.
