Punj Lloyd Limited

Our spot is House Number 1-C in Block GG-II over in Vikaspuri. It’s a typical West Delhi neighborhood, which means it’s busy but has its own rhythm. Punj Lloyd Limited uses this house as a workspace for the team here. It’s a two-story place, and we’ve mostly taken over the ground floor for our daily operations. Vikaspuri can be a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to the block system, but GG-II is one of the easier ones to find if you follow the main road. The office is pretty lived-in. We have maps on the walls and plenty of dusty folders. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place where we get things done. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, though the 110018 traffic can be a pain in the neck during the evenings. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make coffee and tea throughout the day. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down and don't have trucks coming in and out at weird hours. It’s a very grounded environment. We don’t spend time on fancy presentations; we just look at the schedules and make sure everything is moving. It’s just a regular house turned into a place of work, which suits us just fine. We keep it simple and keep it moving.
