Our place is located at F 90 in Vishal Enclave, which is right in the middle of Rajouri Garden. We are directly opposite the TDI Paragon Mall, so it’s hard to miss us if you are out shopping or going to the movies. Rajouri Garden is one of those places in Delhi that never seems to sleep; there is always something going on outside our doors. The restaurant stays busy because of where we are. We see a lot of people who are tired after spending hours at the mall and just want to sit down somewhere comfortable. The interior is simple and we try to keep things organized, even when the dinner rush starts and the waiting list gets a bit long. Being in West Delhi, we get a very specific kind of local crowd that knows exactly what they like to eat. We don't try to be something we’re not. It’s just a straightforward restaurant where you can get a meal without any unnecessary fuss. Sometimes the music from the street or the honking cars filters in, but that’s just part of the Rajouri experience. Our staff is used to the fast pace. We spend our days prepping in the kitchen and making sure everything is set for the evening. It’s a lot of work, but we’ve been doing it at this spot for long enough that it feels like second nature now. We just keep the doors open and the stove going.
