Pinak Pharma

Our place is at Plot No. 3637, Khasra No.487 in Peeragarhi. It’s a bit of an industrial area, so there are a lot of warehouses and workshops around us. We’ve been operating from this spot for a few years. It’s a basic building, nothing special to look at, but it works for what we need. We handle a lot of storage and distribution of medicines from here. The yard can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, and there’s always a truck being loaded or unloaded nearby. We have a small crew that manages the stock. Peeragarhi is a busy hub, so there’s always movement. We don’t really have a front desk for customers, as most of our business is done in bulk or through agents. Inside, it's mostly rows of shelves and some small office spaces for the paperwork. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep things moving. We try to stay organized, though sometimes when a big shipment comes in, things can get a bit cluttered for a day or two. It’s a very hands-on kind of job here. We know most of the other business owners on the block. Everyone is just trying to get their work done. We don't do much marketing; people in the trade just know where we are at Pinak Pharma. We just keep doing our thing every day.
