Our office is located in Chiranjiv Tower-43, specifically in units 108 and 109. It’s a central spot and people often recognize the building when we tell them where we are. At Oil & Gas Plant Engineers India Pvt. Ltd., we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and technical specs. The energy sector is complicated, so there’s always something new to learn or a different regulation to keep track of. It’s not always exciting office work; there’s a lot of paperwork and double-checking numbers to make sure everything adds up for the plants we work with. We have a small team here, and we’ve mostly known each other for years. The desks are usually piled high with folders and thick manuals about piping or safety standards. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We aren't the kind of place with a lounge or a gaming area; we just have our workstations and a place to make some tea. When we aren't at our desks, some of us are out visiting sites, which means the office stays quiet for a few days at a time. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy throughout the year. We just focus on the engineering side and try to stay on top of the projects that land on our desks. Chiranjiv Tower is a decent place to be based, even if the stairs are a workout sometimes.
