We started this place, Norbert Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, right here on the ground floor of Gali No-6 in Vijay Vihar. It’s not a very big office, just a practical space where we handle the daily paperwork and manage the medicine stocks coming in. Mohan Garden is a busy area, especially near Uttam Nagar, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Most days, it’s just us sitting around the desks, checking the inventory lists and making sure the supplies are ready to go out. The walls are a bit plain, but we’ve got enough room for the filing cabinets and a couple of chairs for whoever drops by. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise when it gets hot, but we get the work done regardless. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just running a regular business and trying to keep everything organized. It gets a bit hectic when the big deliveries arrive and we have to move boxes around the ground floor, but that’s just how it goes. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors in Block-A know us well enough. It’s a lot of staring at spreadsheets and talking to the distributors on the phone. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a straightforward workplace where we focus on getting the medicines where they need to go without too much fuss or extra talk. It works for us.
