Our place is located at Gh-13/833 in Pashim Vihar. It’s tucked away in a residential block, so it’s not like those big showrooms you see in the main shopping malls. We prefer it this way. It feels more personal when someone comes over to look at what we have. Njm Jewels started small, and to be honest, it’s still small. My family has lived in Pashim Vihar for a long time, so setting up here made sense. The space is a bit tight because we have tools, boxes, and materials everywhere, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our hours sitting at the benches, working on various pieces. It’s quiet work mostly. You hear the small sounds of metal and stone being worked on. We aren't interested in flashy advertisements or big billboards. People usually find out about us from their friends or neighbors in the colony. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit when we turn on the heavy equipment, but we’ve gotten used to that over the years. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just an old kettle for making tea when it gets cold out. It’s a humble setup, but we take pride in the actual work we do. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there; we just want to do a decent job every day and keep the shop running smoothly for the folks who rely on us. It’s just how we operate.
