Nitin Churi Bhandar

Nitin Churi Bhandar is my small shop located at H No.82/2 in Gali No.2 of Mahavir Nagar. It’s not on a main road, so you have to walk down the lane to find us. It’s a residential area mostly, with kids playing outside and neighbors talking across their balconies. We sell bangles of all types, from simple glass ones for daily use to the more decorated ones for parties. The shop is basically one room filled with shelves. I keep the bangles in cardboard boxes and stack them up high. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when three or four customers come in at once. I’ve lived in this neighborhood all my life, so I know almost everyone who comes to buy from me. We don't spend any money on advertising or fancy decorations. I just put a few nice sets in the glass window at the front so people can see them as they walk by. During the festivals, the whole street gets quite lively and we stay open a bit later than usual. My wife sometimes comes in to help the ladies pick out matching colors for their outfits. It’s a modest business and it pays the bills. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just like being part of the neighborhood and helping people find something pretty for their celebrations. It's just a regular local shop where we try to keep things friendly and easy for everyone.
