New Quality Machine

Our shop, New Quality Machine, is located right on Shivaji Marg, Wz-2C/1. We are pretty easy to find because we’re right near the Shivmandir. If you’re around that area, you’ve probably walked past us a few times. We deal with various types of machines and spare parts. It’s a bit of a cluttered space, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Most of our customers are local workers or small shop owners who need a specific part to keep their machines running. We don't do much advertising; most people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. The shop is usually open early in the morning. We spend a lot of time cleaning parts and checking the gear we have in stock. It gets a bit loud with the traffic on Shivaji Marg, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't a big corporation with fancy meetings. Usually, it’s just us sitting on the stools, waiting for the next person to come in with a question or a part that needs replacing. We try to be helpful when someone is stuck with a machine that won't start. Sometimes we have to order things from outside if it’s a rare model, which takes a few days. We’ve been at this spot for a long time and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we’re still here doing the same thing every single day.
