New Punjabi Chaap & Family Dhaba

If you know the Uttam Nagar area, you probably know how busy the 40 Feet Road can get. That is where we are, at A 1, Deepak Vihar. New Punjabi Chaap & Family Dhaba sits right opposite Raghuveer Singh Modern School, so we see kids and parents walking by all day long. Delhi is always moving, and this part of town is no different. We started this dhaba to give families a place to sit down and eat something familiar. It is not a five-star hotel, it is just a regular dhaba with some tables and chairs and the smell of spices in the air. We stay busy with the local residents from the surrounding streets and the commuters who use this road to get home. The evening is usually our busiest time when the sun goes down and everyone is looking for a hot meal. You might hear the horns honking outside or the sound of the school bell, but that is just life here in Uttam Nagar. We don't have a polished website or a big staff. It's just us in the kitchen and at the counters. We take pride in just being a local landmark on this street. People come for the chaap and they stay because it feels like a normal, everyday place. No pretenses here, just a simple family dhaba doing what we know how to do for the neighborhood people.
