New Delhi Bed Breakfast

Our place is on the 4th floor of the Madhuban Building in Nehru Place. It is right across from the HSBC Bank, so it’s pretty easy to spot once you get to the area. We have been running this bed and breakfast for a while. It's a busy part of the city, especially with all the tech shops and offices nearby. We mostly see business travelers who need a place to crash after meetings. The elevator in the building works most of the time, which is good since we are up on the fourth floor. We serve a simple breakfast every morning. It's usually just parathas or toast and some chai. We aren't a big hotel with a lobby and a gym. It's more like a small apartment where we turned the rooms into guest space. The views of the city from the windows are actually quite interesting if you like looking at the traffic below. We keep things quiet inside as much as we can. Most of our work is just keeping the sheets fresh and making sure everyone has their keys. We are right there in the middle of the chaos of Nehru Place, but once you come inside, it’s a bit calmer. It is a practical place to stay if you have things to do in South Delhi. We just do our thing and let guests go about theirs. It is just a couple of us working here, so you’ll see the same faces every day when you come and go.
