About Mother's Pride, New Delhi – Education in West Delhi
You can find us over at 11/77 in West Punjabi Bagh. It’s a residential-feeling area, so the school fits right into the neighborhood. Every morning, parents are dropping off their little ones and there’s usually a bit of a crowd at the door. The rooms inside are filled with toys, small chairs, and a lot of colorful drawings on the walls. It gets pretty loud with the kids singing or playing, but that’s just how it is here. We have a lot of cubbies for bags and shoes lined up along the hallway. Our day revolves around the kids’ schedules—snack time, nap time, and playing outside when the weather isn’t too bad. The staff stays busy cleaning up spills and helping the children with their coats. It’s a lot of work, but we’re used to the pace of it. The street outside can get a bit tight with cars during the pick-up hours, so everyone has to be patient. We’ve been in this spot in Punjabi Bagh for a good while, and most people around here know who we are. It’s a simple setup for young children to get their start. We don't have any big corporate offices; it's just the teachers and the kids in a house-like building. We try to keep things organized, even when there are toys all over the floor by the end of the afternoon. It's just a regular part of the local community life.
