Medirovi Pharmaceutical Private Limited is located at A 66 in the Raghubir Nagar JJ Colony. It’s a very local atmosphere here. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long, from kids playing outside to the vendors selling vegetables. Our office is right in the middle of it all. It’s not very big, so we have to be smart about how we stack the medicine boxes to make sure there is enough room for us to walk around. We spend a lot of time checking the labels and making sure the storage temperature is just right for the different products we handle. The air conditioner hums quite loudly, but it’s better than sitting in the Delhi heat. Everyone who works here lives fairly close by, so we know the shortcuts through the colony to avoid the main road traffic. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or high-end furniture. Most of our chairs are mismatched, and the calendars on the wall are usually a month behind because we forget to flip them. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs, making sure the orders for the day are processed and ready for the morning pick-up. It can be tiring, especially when the orders pile up at the end of the month, but we just keep going and get the work done one box at a time.
