Matrix Tools [India]

Our place is at Gh-14/449 in Paschim Vihar. It is more of a residential looking area, so it doesn't feel like a big factory or anything like that. We have been working from this location for quite a while now. Matrix Tools is basically just a small setup where we manage our day-to-day business. The space is filled with boxes and different types of tools that we supply. It can get a bit crowded when a new shipment arrives and we have to find room for everything on the shelves. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the inventory inside out. Usually, one of us is busy on the phone while someone else is checking the stock or packing things up. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it is what we know how to do. The neighborhood is fairly busy, and there is always something going on outside on the street. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on getting the orders out to people who need them. Sometimes we run a bit behind when things get hectic, but we eventually catch up. We don't use any fancy systems, just some old-fashioned record keeping and a lot of hard work. It is just a local business trying to keep things moving in Paschim Vihar.
