Our office and service spot is at 70/A-23 on Rama Road. It’s right near the Kirti Nagar Metro Station, which is handy for people taking the train. Najafgarh Road is usually packed with cars, so we hear the honking all day long from our front door. We deal with a lot of power tools here. Since it’s an industrial area, most of our visitors are contractors or guys who work in construction. The building is a bit older and has that typical industrial feel to it. We have a small area where you can see some of the tools, but most of the action happens in the service section in the back. We get a lot of stuff that needs fixing. It’s a bit loud with the testing and the tools running at full speed. Our staff has been here for years and they know the smell of a motor burning out from a mile away. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a few plastic chairs for people to sit while they wait. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance, so you have to squeeze past. It’s not a polished corporate environment at all. It’s a place where work gets done. We try to be helpful and honest about how long a repair will take. It’s just us doing our jobs near the metro station every day. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on people knowing where we are and bringing their tools in.
