We are located in Phase I of the Mayapuri Industrial Area, at B-134. If you’ve ever been to Mayapuri, you know it’s a lot of metal, trucks, and noise. We’ve been here for a long time, back when the roads were even rougher than they are now. This is a family-run kind of place. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. My father and his brothers started this, and we just keep it going. We deal with whatever comes through the door, mostly industrial supplies and materials that other factories around here need. The floor is usually covered in some dust because that's just how it is in an industrial zone. We have a small desk near the entrance where we take orders and handle the paperwork. It’s not fancy, and the paint is peeling a bit in the corners, but it works for us. We know most of the other shop owners on this block. We have tea together in the afternoons when things slow down a bit. Our customers are mostly local businesses who need something quickly. We don't spend money on big signs or marketing. People just know where B-134 is. We work hard, stay late when we have to, and make sure we don't lose track of our inventory. It's a simple life in a busy part of Delhi, and we're okay with that. The work gets done and we move on to the next day.
