If you’re looking for our Vikaspuri setup, we’re tucked away in Flat No-49 over at Suryakiran Apartments in D-Block. It’s a bit of a different vibe being in a residential apartment complex rather than a big office tower, but it works for what we need to do. This is a branch of the Larsen&Toubro Ecc Div here in New Delhi. Most of us living or working nearby know how busy Vikaspuri can get, so having this spot as a base is actually quite convenient. We handle our local operations from here. It’s mostly desks, files, and people coordinating on various engineering tasks. Since it’s an apartment building, it feels a bit more personal and less cold than those glass buildings downtown. We keep things simple. There’s no big signage or lobby, just a functional space where the team meets up to sort out schedules and project details. We’ve been in Delhi for a long time, and this specific location helps us stay connected to the sites we manage in this part of the city. We drink a lot of tea, talk through the project hiccups, and get the work sorted. It’s a straightforward environment. We aren't here to impress anyone with decor; we just need a place to sit down and manage the construction business properly. It's a busy little hub for our crew. We just focus on the tasks for the week ahead.
