Larsen & Toubro Limited

Our spot is over at E-240 in the Tagore Garden Extension in New Delhi. It's a typical neighborhood, pretty residential but with plenty of businesses like ours tucked away. Being part of Larsen & Toubro Limited here means we are right in the middle of everything. The office is located in a building that has seen a lot of years. It’s not the most modern place, but it works for what we need. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of binders. It’s mostly quiet during the day, except for the sound of the traffic on the main road nearby. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything that draws too much attention. We just focus on the engineering and administrative side of things. Some of the staff have been here for over a decade, so there’s a lot of history in these walls. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time checking numbers. It’s not glamorous, but it’s important work that needs to be done right. Sometimes we stay late when a project is finishing up, but usually, we’re out the door by evening. It's a simple, hardworking atmosphere where people just get on with their business without any extra fluff. We keep the place running and don't worry about making it look like a showroom or something from a magazine.
